This is a div that can be used to notifications; there are different icons to use.

It supports Numerous Paragraphs and could be used for news too!

This is a thinner left hand column, by default this is 48%.

This is a fatter right hand column, by default this is 48%.

This column uses up the full with available.

This column is input before the left.

So if you're reding the source, this bit is second and the bit to the right is first but reading this on the web and it doesn't make sense.

Which ever way you define the column, you stick to it until it's been "cleared" i.e. left, right, left, right, clear
